About West Coast Recovery
Since 1999, West Coast Recovery has helped addicts become more productive citizens and improved countless lives. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of long-term sobriety by offering assistance and addressing an individual’s needs. We maintain our role as part of a structured network to aid in their recovery. Together, we help struggling addicts find a new beginning.
West Coast Recovery developed this service based on two simple facts:
- Aftercare is a crucial part of maintaining long-term sobriety.
- Addiction is a disease and can be overcome through structured support.
Our Goal
Our goal is to provide comprehensive drug and alcohol rehabilitation services to individuals whose lives have become unmanageable due to addiction and alcoholism. We introduce them to a new lifestyle free of chemical dependency. Our residents safely transition from higher levels of care back into the community and day-to-day life through the support of our staff and a group of individuals who can relate to their experiences.
Our program uses multiple methods to guide each client along the path to recovery. Our staff and intake coordinator will assess the individual to determine the treatment level that will suit them best.
There are three basic types of treatment:
- 24-Hour Staff Residential Treatment
- Outpatient
- Transitional (SLE: Sober Living Environment & THU: Transitional Housing Unit)
12-Step Program
West Coast Recovery uses the 12-step program, a proven method and our mainstay for addiction treatment. Through goal-setting and support, residents will prepare for a life free from drugs and alcohol addiction. We set them up for success through education, group meetings, and individual support that will extend beyond their stay with us. Each of our clients leaves our care with the tools and foundation required for a successful recovery.
No one travels this life alone, and at West Coast Recovery, that is even truer for our residents. We take excellent care to ensure every individual knows they are supported and that we have their best interests at heart.
Legal Guidance
Not only do we supply addiction recovery services, but we also offer legal services for residents who are working through the court system. We encourage residents faced with concerns regarding the law to reach out to us for assistance.
Drug Testing
Random drug testing will occur at some point during their stay. We maintain a sober environment through on-site testing and via an independent toxicology lab. Individual testing may also be required at the court’s request.
Bonding & Growth
Friendship is one of the greatest gifts to come out of a sober living environment. When we are united in our goals, we gain strength and commitment. The encouragement of a fellow resident can make all the difference to recovery. Movie nights, miniature golf, and group meetings all help develop a network of sober support.
Certification
Once a recovery program is complete, individuals can receive a three or six-month certificate. The length of stay will determine the certificate type.
